Primary reason

Every now and then a member comes along that you can tell is cut from a different cloth. Erik is one of those members. Since his last promotion five months ago, Erik's activity has been beyond solid. Further, his reputation is so gleaming that when it came time to identify a new leader for the Disciples of Dakhan, Erik was the unanimous choice. He just exudes leadership qualities.

In the last five months Erik has competed in fourty-five competitions and placed in more than 22% of them, netting two Crescents with Ruby Star, one Crescent with Amethyst Star, six Crescents with Sapphire Star and a Crescent with Topaz Star.

Some members game, some members write, others do... other things? Well, Erik does all the things. Always willing to put up his dukes, Erik's thirty-two PvP matches brought in one-hundred-twenty-one Clusters of Fire. His quill is sharp, as well. Between nine fiction activities containing eight-thousand-fifty-one words and three run-on posts containing one-thousand-nine-hundred-twelve words, Erik brought in an excellent seventeen Clusters of Ice. The quill can be used for drawing too, apparently, because Erik also brought in six Clusters of Graphite.

The Equite class is generally the tier in which members of the Brotherhood are primed and ready for leadership, and a true leader leads from the front lines. Erik demonstrated his capability to lead by taking the helm of the Disciples of Dakhan at effectively the last minute before the Great Jedi War and not only lead the battle team to great activity in the War, but participated in eleven events himself to bring in the commensurate eleven Seals of Wrath in addition to an introductory report.

Behind the scenes, Erik is a solid team player in the House Summit. His conversations with Jurdan and I on Telegram are extremely effective and efficient and I consider them integral to the success of the House in its current state. The Disciples of Dakhan is one of the most important projects in the House and I am very comfortable having Erik as one of the champions of that project.

His solid activity lead me to recommend a Dark Cross a little more than three months ago and that seemed to light an even larger fire under Erik's tail. Beyond that, he has truly taken to his leadership role. Erik's momentum is excellent and he's absolutely on the upward curve of a fantastically successful career in the Brotherhood.

It is an absolute pleasure to have this outstanding member in the House and I am beyond convinced of his worthiness to enter the Equites. Congratulations Erik, you've made us all very proud.

Additional reasons

The Equites are not for the light of heart. Erik has truly stepped up his game and shown his mettle in the face of the enemy. He has proven over and over how active he is. When Aul and I were looking for someone to succeed Lilith he was definitely my first pick and Aul Agreed. Erik my man, just like Aul I consider you like a true brother here in the brotherhood. We can have a good time and carry silly conversations when we are trying to make things better for each other. Our HSD council chat is always a lot of fun with you.

Congrats on the promotion brother!

Erik stepped up to the plate during GJW XII and led the Disciples of Dakhan well when Lilith went awol due to rl difficulties. His team saw excellent activity and participation levels, with 6 out of 7 members participating. His activity has seen him warrant a promotion to the first tier of the Equites.

Anything additional to the recs provided by Aul and Jurdan would be fluff. However, Erik has shown he has what it takes to stand with the big boys and will continue to be a valued member of Naga Sadow.

Thank you for your service and congratulations on your promotion to Warrior!
