Primary reason

Etah’s last promotion was in December 2013, four years ago. His last Merit was three years ago. In that time, he has been working his hardest to participate as a member, and serve when he has been called upon. In the time since his last promotion, he has organized two events, but he has also participated in 47 total events, including ten events in GJW XII. He has earned 85 medals, including one Bronze Nova, one Anteian Cross and one Dark Cross. He has served in many positions -- Team Leader, Aedile, Quaestor and even Recruitment staff member -- for approximately two years total in the last four years, with his most recent term as Aedile-to-Quaestor of Liath for eight months. He’s written more than 4,100 words of fiction, participated in run-ons that total six posts and 2,700 words, passed 32 Shadow Academy courses and earned five degrees, and has even managed to get married in that time.

Etah hasn’t always been in Tarentum. He loves Arcona, and is still proud of his time there, and has been trying to help encourage the growth of Tarentum by sharing the habits and attitudes with us that makes Arcona a wonderful place. Etah is passionate and cares about Tarentum, and wants it to be a healthy part of the Club. He is trying to be active as a role model to the Clan, as well as to Liath as its Quaestor. He communicates with me and the rest of Tarentum;s leadership on a daily basis, and is constantly trying to help share information and friendship with all of us. Beyond that, he helped create several events in conjunction with Ranarr (as his Aedile) for a competition within Liath to develop and evolve more of the Clan’s and House’s story and roles for our members. He has posted four reports in his tenure with Liath leadership, including trying to inspire activity for GJW XII. He’s spending hours each day on Telegram trying to boost Clan communication and activity, and reach out to every member in Liath, and trying to draw them in to help move Tarentum beyond our daily struggles, towards continuing to be a family that supports each other.

I am proud of Etah and all of his hard work. Thank you for your continued dedication to this Clan, my friend. Let this award be a token of my esteem, as well as our thanks to you as a leader in this Clan.
