Since being promoted on New Year’s Day, Ozosi Vym continues to impress and exceeds our every expectation. In the five months since Kris’ promotion to Knight, Ozosi has been a veritable maelstrom of activity that encompasses a majority of activities within the Brotherhood. Kris has organized four competitions and participated in thirty-five, netting an astonishing one Diamond, three Ruby, six Amethyst, seven Sapphire, four Emerald and Crescent with Topaz Star, in addition to four Clusters of Earth, one hundred and three Clusters of Fire, fifteen Clusters of Graphite and twenty Clusters of Ice. During this time, Kris has also completed an ACC Battle and passed fourteen Shadow Academy courses, which led to earning the Dark Maven of Historical Legends.
Rather than kicking back and relaxing as most do upon reaching the fourth and final Journeyman rank, Ozosi dove into becoming more active in the wider Brotherhood and becoming a member of the House Summit. Whilst I’ll leave Kris’ activities within the Herald and Shadow Academy staff to the respective people in these recommendations, I can personally attest to Ozosi’s success as a Summit member.
In the two months since taking the reigns as Battleteam Leader of the Wildcards, Kris actively keeps the members of the team engaged and has released two reports. At the same time, Ozosi has been learning the ins and outs (such as the headache brought about through the creation of an activity tracker spreadsheet) of the tasks required of a leader within the club from the other side of the fence.
On a more personal note, as the one who mentored Kris to Knight, I cannot express in words how pleased I am to continue to watch Ozosi’s growth in the Brotherhood. Keep up the good work and it will continue to pay off, Kris.
In light of Kris’ accomplishments, I am honored to be recommending that Ozosi Vym be promoted to the rank of Equite I. Congratulations!

Since taking over the position of Herald, Ozozi has been integral to easing the transition. Vyr covered her tangible, numerical contributions as Praetor above, but there have been so many other things behind the scenes that have been just as important. Working to help acclimate me to the changing day to day operational nature of the office, as a lot has evolved there since my last stint in the office, has been a huge help. Additionally, Ozozi is always there to both give and receive feedback from her fellow staffers to help make sure all of us are doing our best work. Finally, she has gone above and beyond the call of duty in asking for additional tasks around the office outside of those that I assign her directly. Her help has been invaluable to me since day one, and I firmly believe that this won't be the last time I write a recommendation on her behalf.

Since her appointment as Praetor to the Herald, Ozosi has been an instrumental part of my former team and an excellent right hand. She immediately started her work by suggesting, communicating, planning and executing several smaller projects, including creating a number of competitions for the membership to participate in. Since then she has run a total of eight competitions for this purpose, paving the way for the Graphics Society soon to come. Her contributions include the creation of skins for the members, as is the case with every staffer. However, Ozosi started out fresh, without prior experience in such work. Ddespite this her quality of work and dedication to detail in every image she created impressed me greatly. Her work includes five (5) custom weapons for various members and three (3) skins for the Graphics Society which was recently released. The three skins in question covered a total of 28 released images. With these accomplishments in such a short stint in the Herald staff, I'm proud to contribute my recommendation towards Ozosi's promotion. Thank you for your hard work.

Ive been sitting on this recc since about noon today trying to put into words why Ozosi deserves this promotion. Its not for a lack of work and accomplishments, but because there is quite a bit. So Ill split it into two sections here. As my BTL, I see her constantly engaging members of the Battleteam to participate in various competitions and leads by example by participating herself. Beyond that she is one of our more social members in the COU TG room. She is quick to pick up a conversation, even if she ends up Porg-ing up the conversation.
She was originally hired in the Shadow Academy as a Docent to assist Pravus with his exam re-writes. During this time she would offer her advice on how the new courses should best be set up. Beyond that she was a key player in keeping the average grading time of exams in her Department down to about 10 hours. While she only graded 40 exams, it should be mentioned that these exams are considered to be some of the most difficult to grade.
Kris on behalf of both Farrin and myself, thank you for your time with us in the Shadow Academy. Though I have a feeling you will be back involved in one way or another. Welcome to the Equites!

Ozosi Vym is a member who continues to amaze me with her energy and willingness to help. This covers both efforts as a regular member and those of leadership. I'll cover at least a few standout examples of regular member things first. From a gaming perspective, she willingly plays a wide variety of games with her fellow clanmates even if she doesn't own it already, which speaks to her dedication to building the Odan-Urr community. From a fiction perspective, she actively engages with others in either fiction or roleplay, which helps our shyer members get out of their shell a little. From a drawing perspective, she does something that has a huge impact on our community and that is simply drawing art for her clanmates who can't do it for themselves. It's a magical thing to make someone art and it tells you a lot about her great personality.
From a leadership perspective, Ozosi took on the mantle of BTL and has led a team of mostly EQ3/EQ4's, some of which are opinionated titleholders, and held her own while still learning from her teammates. This isn't an easy feat and shows off her tenacity and people-skills wonderfully. In addition, she has worked hard to keep her battleteam actively engaging with each other and looks after her members, both of which are highly commendable. With Ozosi Vym as BTL, I am not alone in saying that Wildcards has a bright future.
All in all, I believe it Ozosi Vym has more than earned a promotion to Equite 1. Congratulations on joining the Equites and great work!

Normally, EQ1 represents a newer member's status as someone who's made themselves a part of the DB community and demonstrated that they're here for the long haul. Basically, that they're going to continue to be active after hitting knighthood. Sometimes they've started staff work or service on a house summit.
Kris subverts that somewhat. He was already active as an SA docent as a JM2, and within a month of knighthood Ozosi was already a praetor. It's not every day you see a newly-minted knight on the Dark Summit. And despite already having two jobs, Zos was eager to get into clan leadership as well as the BTL of the Wildcards. I don't think there was ever any question that this member was going to be a gem. Within six months of joining, Ozosi had already proven himself as a solid contributor.
Since then, every single day Ozosi has been a joy and a resource for Odan-Urr. Kris is consistently one of the most active and positive voices in the clan and House Hoth channels on Telegram, an active participant in competitions, and a level-headed member of our summit. I'm delighted to welcome him to the ranks of the equites.
