Since I have been Aedile, Melkor has constantly been active. It seems that every day, I get a new notice in my inbox about Melkor's activity. He has been vigilant in his studies at the Shadow Academy and is certainly contributing to the overall well-being of the House. I appreciate this, and I recommend that Protector Melkor is awarded a Dark Cross.
