Primary reason

In the 6 months since his last promotion, Kadrol has continued the same pattern of high raw activity levels and contribution to clan projects. Kadrol has also begun to contribute at a club-wide level as detailed in the supplementary recommendation.

Kadrol's activity is difficult to quantify as it comes in so many different forms across the club. In the last 6 months Kadrol has participated in 27 competitions, organising 1 himself and completing 5184 words of fiction. Kadrol has continued his journey through the Shadow Academy since reaching Knight, passing 6 courses and gaining 2 degrees, and has been active in Wiki activity, earning a Dark Side Scroll for being January's wikipedian of the month. In gaming, Kadrol has earned 18 clusters of fire and a pendant of blood, and in graphics, he has earned 29 clusters of graphite.

In addition to raw activity levels, Kadrol has always been a valuable member on clan projects with his incredible eye for detail and ability to spot anything remotely out of place. Kadrol was part of a 4-man team that rewrote our entire clan wiki article, and has been essential in identifying areas for improvement across the wiki. This has also been true of DB-wide projects, as in the case of the ACC venues.

Kadrol has come a long way since the day he joined CSP over a year ago. It's been a long path to get to this point, but throughout, Kadrol has showed the perserverence and determination to succeed in this club, and I'm satisfied that his activity to this point warrants elevation to the equite ranks. Congratulations Kadrol!

Additional reasons

It has been two months since Kadrol joined our staff as a Magistrate. In that time he has mastered the SA back end like no other, most people take some getting used to the new interface and 'what does what'. Kadrol mastered it in a few weeks, and proved this by explaining to a member in detail how they could up their scores and which courses were best suited to this effort.

On top of that he has been faster than even me in grabbing courses off the queue that either didn't have a Professor attached or that had passed 24 hours. Lately this has been the Legends courses, and the leadership courses while its Professor was away, for a total of 6 courses graded. Doesn't seem like much, but then this isn't the Magistrates main duty and to grab courses faster than I do takes dedication.

It is the SA office's hope that in providing this information we add to what is already a worthy record and help secure his promotion. Congratulations Kadrol!
