Qormus has provided valuable feedback on a number of Shadow Academy courses this month, helping us to catch and correct errors from typos to inconvenient answer formats in the exam. He also approached me about auditing courses as he took them (23 in total!) to identify and rephrase/eliminate questions that referenced previous questions to avoid scenarios where students can no longer see the previous question, as is the case with any resit.
