Doon has entered our lives like a whirlwind of furry fun, arriving into a growing pack of fluffy friends within House Qel-Droma. He’s already begun making a name for himself, and, following in the footsteps of past greats, began challenging an ex-captain to a duel among his first acts… oh dear

It’s been delightful to watch him grow as a member, especially in getting his feet wet in the noble art of competition organization. In the recent “What’s my fandom?” -series, he co-organized a quartuplet of comps, while so far he’s partaken in a baker’s dozen. If all our membership had such a healthy 4/13 ratio of comps organized to participated, I’d be a happy Quaestor! For his efforts, Doon has earned a Sapphire and Emerald Crescent, as well as four coveted Pendants of Blood, which I hear he scrounged from the fiery pits of Diablo.

As already alluded to, Doon has been a model example of how Telegram RP can really help shape a character, and he’s compiled a total of over 8750 words of fiction, of which a considerable amount from said RPs! It’s been a delight to have so much interaction with the entire House right from the beginning, and I trust that the seeds of friendship will soon blossom into terrible booms! I mean, blooms. On other fronts, Doon has also already put many a veteran member to shame with his (allegedly) unfinished Wiki page, which boasts more color and detail than most! I, for one, am foreseeing many a fine adventure being regaled upon it as our promising young Knight rips off the training wheels and careens into a galaxy of potential!

It’s been a delight watching Doon grow into a regular face among House Qel-Droma and Battleteam Voidbreaker and I’ve been delighted by Doon’s enthusiasm and openness in engaging with the rest of the wider Arcona. Obtaining Knighthood is the first proper recognition of belonging and ever since he tragically lost his pack to Force-related shenanigans, let me be the first to welcome this fine Shistavanen to his new home!

Since joining the ranks of House Qel-Droma and signing on to Voidbreaker Battleteam, it has been my honor and privilege to watch Doon Sulvir — also known around the ship as Doon Doon Softpaw — become a valued part of our crew. Doon has been actively plugging away at activity while making sure to check in with the rest of his teammates, especially in our joint Roleplaying sessions where he’s gotten to explore his character more and how they fit in with the rest of us misfits.
