Since becoming an Elder 2 (Master), Dacien (Bubba) spent two successful years as Justicar, before becoming my Deputy Grand Master when I started my term as Grand Master. Everything he has touched, he has made better, and he has stepped up in every possible way to allow me to focus on what I need to as Grand Master as great support. There hasn't been a discussion or decision made I feel over the past 3 or more years that hasn't included his guidance in shaping the Brotherhood to be what it is today. I can think of no more appropriate reward for his hard work and diligence than a promotion to Elder 3. Congratulations Prophet Bubba.
