Tarvitz, or as he's known now, Essik Lyccane, has just completed a massive review of item prototypes. Without being asked or prompted by the Regent Staff, Tarvitz has gone through and reviewed hundreds of separate member item prototypes for spelling errors, grammar errors, and general typos, producing a 25 page document with errors he found. He has even offered to complete additional item reviews on prototypes from the unit stores.

To thank him for his unprompted and extensive efforts which will have brought a higher quality to our possessions system once we have time to implement him, I hereby award Tarvitz this Steel Cross.
