Zeon Blacktooth is a member who has stuck with Clan Odan-Urr through many changes, and across many Houses. Remaining with this group from the transition to Sunrider, and then Sunrider to the Guardians, all without slowing in his activities. Since his last award in 2021, he has participated in forty-seven competitions, a staggering amount for any person, and netted one Crescent with Emerald Star. Building upon this, he has also commented upon reports various times to offer his own views, and passed two Department of Legends courses with flying colours. For all that he has given to the Guardians, I suggest that he be awarded a Dark Cross.
