Since the last recognition, Sera Kaern has performed many strides and activities to display their passion and dedication to the Arconan namesake. They have made efforts to earn the following since their last recognition:

5 Ruby Crescents, 5 Amethyst Crescents, 2 Sapphire Crescents, 3 Emerald Crescents, 2 Topaz Crescents. Sera has participated in 40 competitions to amass these awards. They have also earned 56 Clusters of Ice and 1 Clusters of Earth. Sera has earned 204,570 credits for Clan Arcona.

Other activities earned since the last recognition include: 8 Seals of Ascension, participation in 4 RP sessions and 10 fiction activities, and amassed a total of 27,142 words written.

Sera has performed quite a few roles since their last recognition:

Magistrate to the Voice (Aug - Sep 2021), and Aedile (Aug, 21 - Mar, 22) and Quaestor (Mar, 22 - Oct, 22) for House Galeres. Sera has been a great leader and mentor to help grow the future of the House.

For the continued efforts and dedication of Sera, I recommend a Steel Cross for their dedication and loyalty to the House and Clan.

Additional reasons

Sera hired me as BTL last year just as he took on the role of Quaestor. It was my first post since 2015 so it came with a lot more trepidation than I want to admit. Sera however made the transition a smooth and easy one, and fun too, assisting me in getting the BT up and running and being a part of the creation of its premise. He organized two house events, one before and one after the war which were successful not just in participation but in house summit team building as all three of us were involved in collaborating and running it. Juggling classes and training at school while coming back to our slice of the internet is a monumental feat and showed his dedication to clan and club. I have much respect for the time he has given us and hope this award shows appreciation for it.
