DarkHawk is an incredibly hardworking leader in this club. Since his promotion to EQ4, he has served nearly two years on the CNS clan summit, organized 77 competitions, participated in 222, and earned a significant number of clusters and crescents. Most recently, he received a Ruby Scepter for his impressive activity and leadership contributions.

DH is always looking for opportunities to contribute to the club, inside CNS and as a whole. His energy and enthusiasm seem limitless. This promotion has been well earned and, I hope, is just the first step on a new journey for DH. Congratulations!

What is there to say about Darkhawk?

He's a pain, in a good way, because he highlights what it means to be a good solid leader and constantly showcases just what a leader should be. He's friendly, loyal as a friend and so dedicated it pretty much puts everyone else to shame. The world is a better place with DH and without a doubt he is someone to look upto both as a club summit member and as a genuine person.

I am proud to be on his summit and proud to write this wee tidbit because frankly this beautiful soul deserves this and so much more.

I'm honored to be writing this recommendation for DarkHawk.

I've been happy to have DarkHawk as Consul and before that Proconsul. DarkHawk is friendly, proactive, and very active. He improves the club experience just by being around. I've found myself looking to his example many times. More than once, I have genuinely asked myself "what would DarkHawk do here?" or "how would DarHhawk respond?"

DarkHawk is always nice and great at defusing situations and getting along with everyone. He sets an example that everyone can get along even if they disagree or come from different backgrounds. This is a very important trait for a clan leader to have that doesn't show up on a dossier. I'm really glad that DarkHawk has it. He's a very positive and outgoing dude.

DarkHawk is also very proactive. He is quick to communicate when new reports and systems come out. He also frequently promotes events and awards. He's so great at getting to these things on time, that sometimes I try to beat him to the punch and usually I don't get there before him. It's great to have a Consul who is so proactive with this and communicates quickly and efficiently. Communication is really important. This is another example where I'm like "should I send this email? Well, DarkHawk probably would, and he wouldn't hesitate, so hell yes I'm doing it!"

Finally, DarkHawk is super active. If I run a competition and only get one entry, it's DarkHawk. He always sets the example by doing everything that he ever promotes to other people. This is part of why I did every competition in our recent CNS event. For one thing, I wanted to win. But also, I knew DarkHawk would do the same for my competitions, so I wanted to do it for his.

I guess this is another example of great leadership because it got me to be more active!

These are a few key reasons why I'm happy to have DarkHawk around and proud to be able to add my recommendation for his promotion to Elder.

Darkhawk is the type of person that tries his best to get things accomplished. He tries to work with others to help bring out their ideas and find ways to incorporate some of them into Naga Sadow’s current narrative. As his right hand, I have found that I can approach him quite easily and collaborate on how we both can better serve our community and clan. He is really fun to play mario kart and squadrons alongside as well.

He strives to do the best he can as a leader and when he does not know something, he is always asking for help when he needs clarification. He is not afraid to admit when he messes up and owns up to it. Since he became Consul, I have seen him work harder than he ever has because to him Naga Sadow is his home and his members are like family. For his unrelenting determination, hard work and efforts to keep Naga Sadow standing, I am honored to give my voice in promoting him to Elder. Congratulations Darkhawk, you earned it! With Darkhawk, it isn't a question so much of what has he done, as much as where to start. As my second in command, Darkhawk was excited to dip his toes into whatever he could do, to take the helm on anything and was always willing to challenge himself in new ways. Over the last 20+ years, Darkhawk has served at the Battleteam level, the House level, has served twice now in the Chamber of Justice as Appeals Panelist and Left Hand of Justice, and of course he has served at the Clan level. As Proconsul he had made efforts to ensure Clan fiction and history were not lost when the retirement and helped me to ensure our members were appropriately recognized. As both Proconsul and Consul, he highlights our members. He promotes our events. He excitedly encourages our members to do more, to go bigger, and to show off and express themselves more and more. Darkhawk is very much a spirit and a force in his own right in Clan Naga Sadow and in our club. Darkhawk rightfully has a part in the credit for the success of our Clan in recent days, and I feel confident that he will continue to do more of the same as the Clan continues under his wise leadership.

I think that when you take in the whole of all that Darkhawk is, has done, and how he continues to march forward that he has more than proven himself worthy of this. I am glad to see Darkhawk join his peers, as an equal. I am honored to be joining my voice with the others in recommending Darkhawk for this promotion. Congratulations on achieving the Elder ranks, Darkhawk!
