For her part in maintaining the both the guild and the City in SWG while I was absent and for his part in the developement of the DBPA, Phantom is not only our guild leader and city govenor but she has also been recruiting for the guild on a regular basis and has always been participating and organizing all our weekly gaming and mock war events. I know I have not issued a medal for a while and that has been because I wanted to make sure that when I do it would be worth while and well deserved and this is one of 3 PA members that truly have earned it.
