Most often, Dark Crosses are awarded for solid participation or activity; however, there are times an individual merits an award for their actions - especially for responsibilities the take on without expectation of an award.

Silver recently volunteered to help in the preparations of the Scholae Palatinae Summer Games - CSP Olympiads - by coding the web site. Her efforts included the creation of fourteen (14) pages, assistance in developing/refining several events and working to perfect the site to the Consul's desire (the picky guy he is!). For her assistance in bringing this event to life, I recommend a Dark Cross to Silver.
