Primary reason: Nildea, aka Tor, has been a shining force as a member of Odan-Urr, as a leader within House Hoth and, as Erin says below, within the Emissary's office. She has gone above and beyond to get her house in order and get things rolling again after a long lull at the end of last year. She's found the time to get some RP action in, organized 20 comps and participated in 48 of them. Scored a bag of medals and generally found the time to kick ass even when facing a lot of real life issues.

Additional reasons: For over a year now, Nildea or Sivall or Tor has been my right hand. She's been the driving force behind three Brotherhood-wide newsletters, which are of much higher quality than our previous work. She alao oversaw the Emissary Staff's social media activities while I was indisposed with working on the member home page and dealing with a few personal issues. She has been active in hours of staff discussions in both Emissary Staff chat and DMs, and provided me with a list of key questions that have formed the basis of the Emissary Manual.
