Malisane Sadow has continued to demonstrate a level of commitment and consistency that reflects exceptionally well on both House Shar Dakhan and Clan Naga Sadow. Since his last recognition, he has participated in an impressive 132 competitions while furthering his education through the Shadow Academy, reinforcing both his activity and his personal development within the Brotherhood. His efforts have yielded tangible results, including the earning of one Silver Nova, eleven Crescents, one hundred twenty-six Clusters and a Seal of Loyalty, alongside six Society rank advancements. These accomplishments speak not only to his productivity but to a sustained drive to improve and contribute wherever possible.
As the former Quaestor of Shar Dakhan, Malisane’s leadership impact has extended well beyond his formal tenure. During the transition of command, he remained in place to ensure the incoming Quaestor had a firm grasp on the many moving parts involved in running a House. That level of dedication is rare and reflects a genuine investment in the long-term health of HSD. He further supported the House by assisting the new Quaestor in expanding Shar Dakhan’s homeworld lore, helping create a richer fictional environment and a broader creative playground for members to engage with.
Even outside of a formal leadership role, Malisane continues to be a trusted and sought-after voice for counsel and guidance. His steady encouragement during major Clan events particularly the Parabellum cycles and Pro Bowls helped drive participation across the Clan. His actions contributed to CNS earning credit bonuses during Seasons two and three. His influence, reliability and quiet leadership by example make him a valuable asset to the Clan and his record during this period clearly merits recognition. Summit is honored to be able to award him with this Sapphire Blade! Congratulations Malisane!

Malisane is one of those adults that can be relied upon for a level head, a calm demeanor and a measure of good advice. The problem with that is that he’s not flashy and does not draw attention to himself, which makes it easy to overlook him for much deserved awards. He is a solid and evergreen member of the clan, and his character is quite iconic in role-plays, drawing people in to do more, to engage with him and his characters. This sort of ‘weaponized socialization’ is something that DarkHawk and I have discussed as a way to the future in the club, where our activities come to meet people where they are rather than expecting members to come to them. And in so doing, the depth of friendships, relationships between members are made, and keeps us all coming back for more. He’s already earned this award, but I am glad to be able to put these words down for him on the recommendation for it, to share my thanks for his continued work for the Clan. Thank you.
