Over the last year, Nora has once again demonstrated why she has long been regarded as one of the Brotherhood's most dedicated and dependable members. Even after an already distinguished history of service, she found herself stepping into even greater responsibility, first serving six months as Proconsul and then assuming the mantle of Consul for the final three months. Taking command of one of the Brotherhood's most passionate and active Clans is no small undertaking under normal circumstances; doing so during the Great Jedi War demanded exceptional commitment, adaptability, and leadership.
Throughout the conflict, Nora led by example. She balanced the countless administrative responsibilities that come with guiding a Clan through a major event while maintaining an exceptional level of personal participation herself. Rather than asking others to carry the burden, she stood alongside her members, motivating them through her own dedication and consistent presence. Her leadership helped foster an environment where members remained engaged, encouraged, and eager to contribute throughout the entirety of the war.
The results speak for themselves. Under Nora's leadership, Arcona recorded 37 unique participants during the Great Jedi War, averaging more than 58% participation across every phase of the event and ultimately earning an impressive 5,873.45 points. Nora herself contributed 423.03 of those points, showcasing that even while carrying the responsibilities of Clan leadership, she remained one of its strongest individual performers.
Outside of the war, Nora's activity has remained nothing short of remarkable. Since her last recognition, she has participated in 205 competitions, earning an astounding 105 Crescents and 405 Clusters across multiple categories. She has also given back to the community by organizing 29 competitions herself, ensuring there were engaging opportunities for members across the Brotherhood to participate and succeed. This balance of leadership, participation, and service exemplifies the standard we hope all leaders aspire to achieve.
