Since his last award in January, DarkHawk has continued to embody the kind of leadership that makes Clan Naga Sadow such a welcoming and resilient community. His unwavering positivity, constant encouragement, and genuine enthusiasm for his members have remained hallmarks of his tenure as Consul. Whether celebrating successes, motivating participation, or simply being a steady and supportive presence, DarkHawk has consistently put his Clan first.
Those qualities were especially important during the recent Great Jedi War. Leading a Clan through one of the Brotherhood's largest events requires balancing organization, communication, and morale over several weeks. Throughout the event, DarkHawk maintained that balance, encouraging his members to stay engaged while ensuring the Clan remained focused and active from beginning to end. His leadership fostered an environment where members felt supported and eager to contribute, helping Clan Naga Sadow navigate the demands of the war with confidence.
The results reflect those efforts. During the Great Jedi War, Clan Naga Sadow recorded 15 unique participants while averaging more than 43% participation across each phase, ultimately earning 1,520.67 points. DarkHawk personally contributed 174.37 points to that total, demonstrating that even while fulfilling the responsibilities of Consul, he continued to lead from the front through his own participation.
Outside of the war, DarkHawk has remained an active and engaged member of the Brotherhood. Since his last award, he has participated in 64 competitions, earning 10 Crescents and an impressive 668 Clusters across a variety of activities. He has also organized 21 competitions, providing members with new opportunities to participate, challenge themselves, and remain engaged within the community. His continued willingness to both contribute and create opportunities for others is a testament to his commitment to the success of his Clan.
DarkHawk's leadership is defined not only by the work he accomplishes, but by the positive culture he cultivates around him.
