Over the past year, Morvyn has shown that he has both the drive and the mindset to become a good leader. He just recently joined the summit as QUA and he embraced it with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to learn. He consistently asked thoughtful questions, welcomed feedback, and quickly put what he learned into practice.
He was eager to learn the behind the scenes of leadership. He's willing to take on new responsibilities, and dependable when it came time to execute the plans we had put in place. Watching his progress has been incredibly rewarding. He approaches every challenge with a willingness to learn, never hesitates to lend a hand, and genuinely wants to make the Clan stronger. Those qualities can't be taught. They come from a desire to serve others and to do the job well.
Morvyn is only just beginning his leadership journey, but he has already made a lasting impression.
