Primary reason

There are very few people in this club that I've had the privilege of serving beside for as long as Tahiri. We started as Quaestors together in Plagueis, I had the honor of serving as her Proconsul, and years later, when I made the move to Arcona, there wasn't a question in my mind about who I wanted standing beside me again. Bringing Tahiri over to serve as my Proconsul wasn't simply because she's an incredible leader... it was because I trust her completely.

If I ever had to pick someone to stand beside me, it was always going to be Tahiri. She's the kind of leader who earns your trust without ever asking for it, and the kind of friend who reminds you why you've stayed in this crazy club for so many years.

If you've ever met her, chances are you've also met "Tahiggles." It's impossible not to smile when she's around. Whether she's welcoming a brand new member, cheering someone on after a competition, convincing people to join "just one more" late-night game of Dead by Daylight or Phasmophobia (which somehow turns into three hours), Tahiri has a way of making every interaction memorable. She brings an energy to the Brotherhood that simply can't be taught.

Behind all of that laughter is one of the hardest working members this club has ever seen.

Since earning Elder, Tahiri has continued to prove exactly why she deserved that recognition. She completed another outstanding term as Quaestrix of Ventress before accepting appointments as an Exarch staff and, most recently, as Proconsul of Arcona. In every position she's held, she has done what Tahiri has always done best: put members first. She checks in on people. She encourages them. She celebrates their successes more than her own. She quietly does the little things that make someone feel like they belong here.

And then there are the numbers.

Honestly... they're ridiculous.

Over 3,100 competitions entered. 93 competitions organized. More than 185,000 lifetime XP. Nearly 10,000 Clusters of Fire. Over 12 million credits generated for three different clans. More than 116 Shadow Academy courses completed. Tens of thousands of words of fiction and roleplay. Gaming, writing, graphics, roleplaying, there isn't an aspect of this club that Tahiri hasn't thrown herself into with everything she has.

The scary part? She never seems to slow down.

But I've never believed activity alone is what makes someone worthy of becoming a Master. Plenty of people can collect medals. Plenty of people can chase numbers.

Very few people make others want to stay.

Tahiri is one of those people.

I've watched members gravitate toward her because she's approachable, kind, encouraging, and genuinely excited to see others succeed. I've watched her mentor newer members without ever making it feel like a chore. I've watched her celebrate victories that weren't her own simply because someone else was proud of what they'd accomplished. Those moments are what define a leader far more than any spreadsheet ever could.

Some of my favorite Brotherhood memories involve Tahiri. The late-night gaming sessions that somehow become therapy sessions. The endless joking. The chaos. The laughter. The moments where she reminds all of us that this club isn't just about competitions and promotions, it's about the friendships we build along the way.

She's become one of my closest friends, and I don't say that lightly.

Watching her grow from the leader she was when we first served together into the leader she is today has been one of the greatest privileges of my time in the Brotherhood. She has never stopped learning. Never stopped improving. Never stopped caring.

Master is more than another title. It's recognition that someone has left a permanent mark on this club. Tahiri has done that many times over.

Congratulations, Tahiggles. Thank you for every laugh, every late-night gaming session, every "one more match" that turned into several more hours, and for never reporting me to the Chamber of Justice over my totally "harmless" scissor threats. I couldn't be prouder to call you my Proconsul, my partner in leadership, and one of my closest friends.

Additional reasons

Since joining us as Proconsul, Tahiri has continued to be the same radiant start that I've always known her to be. She has been kind, welcoming, and inclusive to her new home here in Arcona, as well as to helping out the Summit with some much needed energy. Her performance in the GJW was stellar, fueled by her steadfast activity, and I look forward to getting to keep working with her as a fellow member of the Summit.

As a member of Exarch Staff, Tahiri has been quick to pick up the administration, and done excellent work engaging the community, being a positive face for RP, and setting up her own adventures for members to take part in.

Congratulations on reaching this milestone, Tahiri. You are a representation of what I believe most members should strive towards, and definitely embody what being an Elder means beyond the numbers.

Tahiri Tahiri Tahiri. I can't properly convey the amount of excitement I felt when I learned you had popped for Elder 2. Tahiggles, you're awesome. Truly one of my favorite people in the club, you didn't hesitate to help me find a story hook for Bril when I joined the club as a wee little Plagueian three years ago. Since then, you've never ceased to be an excellent mentor and friend to me just as your character has been to mine throughout their history.

You're always laughing (hence the name Tahiggles), spreading your infectious energy to anyone you interact with in chat or in voice calls. You're positive, supportive, and a paragon of activity who leads by example whether that be through gaming, writing, roleplaying, or any other activity the club has to offer. I'm really grateful to have met you and to call you a friend. I'm overjoyed to see you making it to the next rank. Enjoy all the new perks you can use to control your stabbies, Tahiggles. <3

When I want to talk about growth as a leader, Tahiri is always my first example. When I took over as Proconsul of Plagueis a few years ago, Tahiri was languishing. She hadn't been given the proper training, she didn't know how to write recommendations, she was incredibly active, but her skills as a leader were lacking. This wasn't her fault. She hadn't been given the guidance. With direction and explanations given, she absolutely thrived and excelled.

Today, she is an incredibly successful leader in this Club. Proconsul in her own right, she's an administrative and activity powerhouse. She can engage any member about anything and get them on board. Her infectious personality is an absolute delight (and it's Tagiggles. I should know, I coined it).

There is a reason that she's joining the elite rank of EL2, and it is everything listed above by everything above. She's a great friend, and now a Master.

Tahiri is one of the absolute bright spots of the Brotherhood, and one of the people in it that I miss working with the most. Her overall dedication has never once wavered over the years, even as real life and work schedules have thrown up road blocks and had her face challenges that most others never do. Through it all, she has been one of the rocks that Plagueis, and before that Tarentum and after Arcona, has been built on.

She has brought more unbridled joy to the Brotherhood than any other five people combined. One could be having a hard day, a crappy week, but just chatting with Tahiri and seeing her with her members would be enough to be dragged out of a funk. Her work as a leader, her absolute insanity when it comes to personal activity, all of them come together to embody the kind of person that serves as the paradigm of what a great member of the Brotherhood should strive to be.

I owe more to Tahiri and everything she did than can be put into words, but I still will make a ham-fisted attempt: Congratulations, Tahiri. This honor was built over years of effort and work, and has rarely if ever been more deserved. I offer my personal thanks for all that you have done, and all you continue to do, for the Brotherhood and the people within it.
