Malodin'Tater, both a veteran of our clan and an Ad Vizsla, is already an accomplished member. So it delights me to see him to continue to contribute and develop our community and, today, see him awarded for such contributions with a Grand Cross.
Since last being awarded 8 months ago, Tater has organized 7 competitions and participated in 21 competitions and 1 fiction activity with 655 words. This has earned him 8 Crescents (1 Ruby, 2 Amethyst, 3 Sapphire, 2 Emerald). Additionally he has earned 10 Clusters of Graphite and 2 Clusters of Ice. Tater has also achieved 2 society rank-ups (1 Inquisitorius, and 1 Shroud Syndicate). This level of activity has obtained 131,800 credits for Vizsla.
Yet, Tater has also contributed significantly to Vizsla through his actions in the last 3 months of his term as Quaestor. To start, as QUA, Tater was a consistent and welcoming presence in the Vizsla channels, especially warchat, on Discord. Always present and always willing to interact with others and fostering conversation in our story group. In addition to this, Tater has served our community by providing a continuity of Sarin's vision for the clan's future lore, assisting me with developing the clan's wiki pages and expanding the worldbuilding that he and Sarin mapped out over many talks and emails ago. This eventually led to Tater's development of the Quest For Fire event, which he unfortunately could not see through to fruition due to real life issues causing him to resign, but he provided me with enough of a foundation with his fiction, worldbuilding, and competition ideas that led to me being able to continue through to the launch of the event. Developing this major clan event was in addition to Tater's regular duties as Wren Quaestor, by taking the lead on the administrative duties for the house by hosting regular competitions in our Bounty Board series and providing evaluations of his membership so we can ensure folks are rewarded properly. For these contributions, Tater has the clan's thanks and we wish to recognize those contributions through today's Grand Cross.
