In this last 10 months, approximately, Welshman has helped Archean as his Aedile of House Tridens, and the two of them have made leaps and bounds in bringing the House up to its current level of impressive activity.

Welshman helped out the Clan by motivating Tridens into activity within the last GJW, as well as doing his own part ot provide points and an active example to the House. He submitted to at least five writing events, and participated in several gaming matches, especially within the "Miscellaneous" gaming lader for the GJW.

Welshman has decided that it's time for his to resign as Aedile of Tridens, and he ends his term with both my thanks, and the thanks of Archean and Melkor, and the entire House and Clan. Welshman has served in both House Summits, as well as the Clan Summit, and it is assured that he will continue to be a figure of power and friendship to Tarentum for years to come.

Welshman, I truly appreciate all that you do, my friend. Today, we all call you "Daaaaaaaaaaddy."
