Huldrych's term as Asst.Envoy has ended. The Summit of Cestus, being fully appreciative of the execution of his duties, has selected him to serve as full House Envoy.

For his fidelity and service to furthering the development of newcomers over the past month and a half, I find him worthy of this token of gratitude.
