Primary reason

Since the Independence Games Sklib has continued to be a solid leader in Taldryan. Once more his reports are out in a timely fashion as he is online for long periods of times, available to the rest of the House members. During the recent Taldryan competition, "Operation: Swift Justice" he was leading his House from the front, being one of the top point-getters from his House and leading them to overall victory over Dinaari. As well with all that he continues his activity in the ACC as a trainer, and as such is deserving of an award for his efforts. Congratulations! - DJM Halcyon Rokir With Ektrosis's recent win in Operation Swift Justice, I feel it necessary to reward Sklib for his efforts leading the House to victory. Sklib led his House from the front with submissions in most of the events while helping and encouraging his members. He has been doing everything as QUA that we expect of our leaders in Taldryan. Sklib is a great leader and is always helpful when it comes to his members. Congratulations and thank you for your great work. - OE Chaosrain "Failure" Taldrya When I began my second tenure as Master At Arms, Sklib was already in position as Praetor and I decided to retain him at Kraval's suggestion. I have not regretted my decision. Beyond his duties as Ektrosis Quaestor and his work as an ACC trainer, Sklib has served me admirably as my Praetor. He has handled his fair share of the day-to-day work (as much as he can given the fact that I'm almost obsessive over checking the queue) and has made very few mistakes in what can be one of the most detail oriented jobs in the Brotherhood. Willingly obliging my random Kaekish whims, Sklib has also been quite adept at handling important administrative tasks that impact the future of the medal/promotion reform project: recently, he completed the Promotion Guideline Grid which will be used to create the first set of Brotherhood wide standards and graciously added his insightful opinion to our discussion of the reforms. Thank you for all your hard work, Sklib. - DA Syn Kaek
