Primary reason

The best way to describe Bob is that he's like one of those people you go to bed with when you're drunk, then wake up, and find he's still there, and you wonder how he got there. Only I don't drink, and am in no position to pass comment on the former or latter. That didn't make sense, did it? No? Oh well. Bob? Oh, right. Bob, yes, Bob. If there is one thing I like most about Bob, it's the fact he has a good sense of humour (unlike myself, as my crude attempt demonstrates). I always think it's a huge shame we don't have more members like him, as I'm sure the Brotherhood would be a much funnier place. The Incredible Adventures of Bob and Fred aside, Bob's activity is legend. He's been here for -- literally -- over a decade, and yet -- like an old steam engine -- he keeps on chugging, never giving up, still there in the morning. Most recently, Bob has been Battleteam Leader of Ludo Kressh, and in his time there his activity was amazing. Where many may have given up or had a sulk because the Clans were streamlined back into Houses, Bob carried on, working hard, filing his reports on time, motivating the members of his team, sending out reminders about competition deadlines, taking part in the Rite of Supremacy, so on and so forth. Bob really is a king among men when it comes to the Disciples of Sadow. I say Disciples, and not Sons, because Bob has always been "one of the guys". He has never set himself above people as if he is the veteran upon whom the youngsters should dote. No, Bob continues to contribute and to uphold the values that have forever made Naga Sadow strong. While it may not be much, I am glad to be able to lend my name once again to a small token of our appreciation for everything he continues to do. Thanks, Bob. - Lord Xanos Zorrixor, Son of Sadow, Not the Husband of a Hutt

Bob is the father that I never wanted. Kidding of course :P. Over the last few months since the downsizing of the House, Bob commanded Battle Team Ludo Kressh making sure that the newer members in his unit where welcome and making several of them very active. During the Disorder Vendetta, Bob earned 12 seals of defiance, leading by example to show the younger members. For his service to the house as a Battleteam leader as well as participating in 12 events in Disorder, I wish to recommend Bob for a Steel Cross. Congrats! ~ Prelate Fremoc Pepoi, Aedile of Naga Sadow, Son of Bob

Kharon, or Bob as we affectionately know him, is one of those members whose influence can be measured every time his makes his presence felt. A wily veteran who remembers what it is to be a ‘newb’ in the DB, Bob never hesitates to put his best efforts forward in making sure those new to our family are acclimated quickly and enjoying themselves at all times. More remarkable, Bob does so whether he has an official position or not. This selflessness is a rare quality, and I’m of the mind that we should reward these types of members whenever and whatever we can. Further, Bob was instrumental in NS’ participatory dominance in the last Vendetta, leading from the front with an impressive 12 submissions. I am proud to have come up in the era of his lasting influence, and it is without hesitation or reservation that I request he be awarded a Steel Cross. Congratulations! ~ Tsainetomo Keibatsu Sadow, HNS Quaestor and Son of Sadow
