The journeymen, especially the apprentices and novices are the foundation of any house within the Brotherhood, and seeing to their continued participation and fun is a task that should be accepted by everyone. Because of this, I am recommending the Dark Cross be awarded to Araxis Pepoi Farron, due to their efforts in making contact with the lower ranked journeymen of Naga Sadow and offering their time and assistance to them, to help them become active members, and to have a good time.
