This is an award for Arcturus, for all his work as Tetrarch of Dark Orb phyle. He always motivates his tyros to work and activity, never give up in what he is doing, never let anyone to fall, always pulls a hand to the one in need. Arc is not afraid to speak up his mind, defends his opinion, he's very charismatic and asertive person. His leadership is an example to follow. Arc always serve with advice in need, and help hand in troubles. He's a stable Tetrarch, serving on his position for long, and all the time he's keeping the same - high level, of what he's doing. Thank you Arc for all your efforts and work put into Qel-Droma, if not you, the House wouldn't grow up in to power and wouldn't be the same as it is now.
