Rigar, a one of a kind member, has shown his dedication to Taldryan from the beginning of this war and throughout it all of the way to the end. It's no wonder why members like Rig are so far and few in between, as they truly know how to make their own stamp on things. Working on special summit tasks that are still underway are one thing, but to do those and continue on in activity during a war is another. Actions speak louder than words, and although he was not the most active member in Taldryan, he certainly did his part.

Rigar managed to snag 6 Seals of Decimation and a handful of Clusters of Fire. In addition to this Rigar has put out 4 Battleteam Leader reports in the past month, all of them being detailed for exactly what his Phoenix members need to read.

For his dedication to Taldryan in this war by participating in the events he did, I request that Jedi Hunter Rigar Ulrand be awarded a Dark Cross on behalf of Taldryan.
