Awarded overall for Ji's contributions to the newly formed HOU military (Now named the Kotahitanga-Unity Defense Force). From KUDF's inception following GJWX Ji has been the main force driving the development of the unit. This QUA oversaw the purchase of each unit, created and sorted out the units on the KUDF wikipedia page, managed and delegated assignments to various members as well as having written the Iwu Zawag article which by its own merit is an impressive read.
