Rakhai has earned this award on a variety of levels. For his work in the Feud, where he kept his Sith motivated and done great himself. As QUA in the long term he has stuck by HOO and now I think we are finally on the up. Rakhai has continued to provide reports and keep the House informed. His loyalty and commitment is both appreciated and aplauded.
