Freshjive recently retired as QUA of Dinaari, and I think his serivce in this position warrents a promotion. He was QUA directly after the split and worked hard to keep all his members, and because of his work Dinaari may have been the only house to lose no members in the split. Since then he has put in a lot of work despite his internet connection giving him a lot of trouble. He more then deserves this award.
