There is alot I can say about Lucius but I'll keep it short. He is and reamins one of the most active members of Arcona and I am proud to request this promotion for him. He is always doing a competition and trying to better his House and Clan as a whole. He takes part on the Message Boards and is a very active member on IRC. He is currently trying to get his feet wet in the ACC, to further better his inspiring activity level. He does everything he is asked and is a powerhouse, always asking for more and more to do. He deserves this promotion and I ask that you give it to him.
