This promotion is long over due. Ark is an outstanding member of Galeres and has done many comps and won a few for his Clan. He is active on the Forums, IRC, and Emails. He has taken and passed SA exams and has continued to be a dominating force in the Arcona Civil War winning two of the comps to put Galeres in the lead. He is very deserving of this promotion if not more.
