Anik Koran has completed his qualification battle in to the ACC. He has also placed in the KHP's Forced Alliances competition. He has also done the Dark Jedi Meditation, IRC Basics, and Lightsaber Basics SA courses. I believe this warrents a promotion to the rank of Protector.
