ACO Vexer has completed the requirements in the Plagueis promotional guidelines for the rank of Protector. While an Acolyte he's completed the ACC Initiate's Course and passed his qualification battle. He's also completed the Advancement Survey and the Training Sabers course.

He completed the tasks that made him eligible for a promotion over 9 months ago, this is very overdue.
