Since Talon became a Protector he's completed 13 Shadow Academy courses, recruited a new member, earned 2 medals, and participated in a few house and clan level competitions.

It is my belief that he shows a strong dedication to his House and has a very admirable record of activity. He's a real asset to the House, in my opinion.

It is for these reasons that I hereby submit the request that Talon be elevated in power to the rank of Guardian.
