In accordance with the House Dinaari Promotion Guide, Rigar has:
Earned a merit award (Dark Cross)
Participated in the following competitions

-- Dark Voice Logo Comp
Served as BTL for the past two and a half months, writing seven reports (with one more coming within the next few days), having an active IRC presence, creating competitions for both the Battle Team and House including a caption comp and BT logo contest, and finally communicating with Battle Team members via email since he took over.
This promotion is long overdue, and Rigar has shown exemplary dedication to his House and Battle Team. He is friendly to all on IRC, and never belittles his comrades. He truly is a team player, and I hope these attitudes continue as he grows in the Brotherhood. Good work, Guardian!
