Rayne has become increasingly more active over the past few weeks. I gave her a task of getting two competitions done as well as something of her choosing. She chose to take two SA exams. In light of her being unable to do much of anything since her promotion, I think this proves that Rayne wants to advance through the ranks. I have provided that proverbial "kick in the ass" that she needed. I feel that Rayne is deserving of the promotion to Guardian with all rights and privileges pertaining there unto. ~KAP Althalus Isradia
