Sharin continues to show that he is greatly interested in continuing and remaining active in both Arcona and in the Dark Brotherhood. He has completed the ACC Test and his Character Sheet has been approved. He has also let himself be known on the Clan Forums. In my opinion he has surpassed the minimal requirements for receiving this rank promotion.
