From Raiju:

It's been a long time for Evant since he was last promoted, more time then there likely should have been. Since last summer he has been a shining example of what a Tridens and Tarentum member should be like. He's participated in monthly trivia, winning twice and writing trivia for one month, and participated in the Clan's History month winning two different events. After that he served in Tridens' only BT at the time, participating in 3 different competitions and renaming it and developing its history before it was closed. Even though he entered his Trials of Knighthood after this, Evant continued to serve the house as Rollmaster after I was promoted to Quaestor and helped out with the house projects where he could and was the welcoming face for the house to those that entered the clan. Even though he was packed full of work to do as Rollmaster/Envoy of the house, and completing his Trials of Knighthood; Evant still merged to compete in several house competitions and even competed in the large clan competition "Settling Home" where he won several different events and earned himself third place overall. For these activities alone I would be considering asking for his promotion to DJK as serving as a shining example of both a leader and regular member, but Evant even managed to make a solid effort throughout his trials interviewing several of the clan's veteran members, considering his clan power path, battling in the ACC, and writing both fiction and poetry for his rise to knighthood. While Evant isn't officially done his trials of knighthood, the clan summit and I have decided that he's way passed the benchmark for earning Dark Jedi Knight and deserves to be known as such. For months he as done the grunt work, competing through the BT, house, clan, and Brotherhood levels and creating a rep for himself as a warrior of this clan and a member whom we are truly proud of. Likewise, he's helped out the summit in our tough transition from the past leadership to the current one and been a tremendous example of how a leader should be more than just an administrator. Thank you Evant for your activity and work, I'm sorry its been such a struggle for you but I'm glad to see you as the Knight you deserve to be. Congrats.

From Anshar Evant is one of those rare members who is often content with being active, and having fun, but who could make an excellent leader if he ever chose to undertake the task. Should he decide to do so, I'll do everything in my power to provide the opportunity for him.

Raiju touched on the participation aspects of Evant's career, so I won't repeat it here. What I would like to highlight, however, is Evant's overall attitude. Despite some disappointments, primarily with part of his trials, he was willing to continue them if we deemed it proper. He was not following us blindly, but he was not outright subordinating himself to something that did not please him. This attitude shows a level of thinking that many Knights simply do not possess.

Evant has more than earned this and proven that he is ready to make the transition to what some see as the last journeyman level, but what I personally see as the first level of the real Brotherhood. Evant's options are wide open.
