Necal has completed the requirements to achieve the rank of Protector. He has turned in his history and had it approved. He has completed 5 shadow academy exams. He has entered the following three contests Scary flibricks, Carving Pumpkin, and Carving Pumpkin. He has worked hard on being on IRC as much as he could. He has worked hard since his last promotion and tried hard to be active. For those reasons I feel he is ready for the Rank of Protector.
