-Completed six weeks at Guardian -Frequently logs on to IRC and visits his clan channel -Registered on the DB forums -Took a Shadow Academy leadership exam (General Leadership) -Completed a minimum of five pages of character fiction, approved by his house leadership -Placed in a competition -Earned a merit medal (Dark Cross) -Created a competition and ran it with the assistance of his leadership

For these reasons, I believe Raimi is ready for his promotion to Jedi Hunter.
