Quo has been a maelstrom to have hit CNS. In the 1 month 11 days since his last promotion, he's completed every requirement set before him. He has been PRT for over a month, logged onto IRC many times, completed his Order Exam (Krath), completed 10 Shadow Academy exams since his last promotion, participated in five competitions since his last promotion (the recent HMR BTL Feud pushing him over), completed his ACC Basics Exam and his Character Sheet, earned his merit medal, and completed two pages of fiction approved by myself (The Run-On and a Poem during the House Feud). For all of this, I recommend Quo be elevated to the rank of Guardian, along with all of the rights and privileges.
