Primary reason

Because Shaz'air and Rigar have covered the medals, I'll take a different approach. When Rigar first joined Taldryan, the man was a machine. Now a Guardian, he still is. Ulrand has been blowing through the Journeyman ranks with the help of his master, Alexander Anderson (Xander), and really setting the stage for what it means to be a Taldryan. He participates in almost every competition he sees, is on IRC whenever possible, and is always friendly. A couple years back, I was called the activity machine of Ektrosis. Then, it was Rian Aslar. Now, I think it's a safe bet to say that Rigar has taken that title for Taldryan. He has the ability to get things done on time, and doesn't half-ass any of it. I consider it a great honor to be this man's Aedile, just because of the sheer drive that he has to get it done. It's members like him that give myself the drive to do this job. If I had to choose between Rigar or some Grand Master, I'd choose Ulrand in a heart beat. This kid's going places, and he won't let anyone stand in his way. As Aedile of Taldryan, I hereby put forth my recommendation that this Guardian be promoted to Jedi Hunter. Congratulations.

His Honor,

Anubis Annedu Aedile of House Taldryan Wiki Tribune of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood

Rigar is the most active journeymen in Taldryan. There is so doubt about it, since I took over the mantle of Rollmaster the one name that has popped up the most in my inbox has been his. It's his dedication to gaming that no doubt blows the competition out of the water and that is something I'm very proud of Rigar for doing. In organization that is largely becoming more and more fiction oriented, it's good to have gamers maintain their activity so people don't forget about it and that's exactly what Rigar has done. In his pursuit of DJK, the merits for his promotion to Jedi Hunter has largely been based on his performance in the gaming community and I'd like to take this time to thank him for that. In direct relation to his promotion to Jedi Hunter, he has successfully complete all the requirements. Since his last promotion, he's maintain a presence on IRC, been registered on the forums, participated in 10 competitions ranging from back in Dinaari, through the current house stage of Taldryan, and been involved in several events for the gaming community in which he placed multiple times. He's earned the required amount of Clusters of Fire, ran the competition "Caption Contest" for the house, and most recently earned a merit medal for his overwhelming activity the past two months. Having successfully completed the tasks for Jedi Hunter and being the best representative of Taldryan to the gaming community, I'd like to recommend Rigar for promotion as a show of thanks and appreciation. Congrats Rig! ~RK~

Rigar Ulrand has served the Brotherhood at the rank of Guardian for close to 4 years now, with some of that time spent away from the DB; however, I am still as eager as ever to get this promotion request in! Rigar is a faithful member of Taldryan, and is truly a one-of-a-kind member. Since his recent activity within Taldryan over the last few months, Rigar has competed in well over 10 competitions, consisting of, but not limited to: JA Battles, Report Lyrics, 2011 Brotherhood Draft, Where in the DB is Ben’s Boot, Red Five, Gun Down Gungan, #tal trivia (two times), Load the Can(n)ons #6, Tempest Omega and Ol’ Fashion Face Graffiti. He has placed in a plethora of competitions, earning him 6 crescents by doing so, and in addition to his Crescents he has racked up 96 CF’s in the past two months alone. This awesome activity merited him an Antein Cross for his activity and hard work on representing Taldryan.

Expressing his desire to further his rank in the Brotherhood, as well as his experience level shone forth by running his own competition “Taldryan Caption Competition”, which had a successful turnout overall, and was held over the Message boards.

Rigar has made Taldryan his home once more by joining us on IRC, participating in competitions, gaming like the good Tally he is, and expressing himself in both Fiction and character development. Rigar far deserves this promotion, and having passed the requirements listed by the MAA’s office with flying colors, I am proud to promote Rigar Ulrand to the rank of Jedi Hunter!

Congratulations, Hunter. Dark Jedi Knight is just around the corner. Taldryan is always eager for a new Knight to take the mantle and carry on who we are, so don’t stop doing what you’re doing!
