Primary reason

Since his last promotion, Zandro has worked tirelessly to reconstruct Arcona and the Dark Brotherhood through his exemplary leadership, his constant activity and his ever-increasing dedication to this united community. He has not only led by example, but taught others to do the same, producing an entirely new generation of Arconan leaders who represent what the Dark Brotherhood stands for as a whole. His leadership style, his pleasant attitude and his persistence in the face of adversity really go to exemplify his role within this club.

It is not always medals that earn promotions and in this case, it isn’t the main focus; however, Zandro has really become the embodiment of ‘lead by example’. During his tenure as House Arcona Quaestor and subsequently Consul of Clan Arcona, Zandro has acquired, three Crescents with Emerald Stars, two Crescents with Sapphire Stars, six Seals of Bone for his participation in the RoS: Spoils of War, seven Clusters of Ice, five Clusters of Fire, nine Seals of Defiance for his participation in the Vendetta: Disorder event, one Bronze Nova for coming third in the Run-On event of the Disorder Vendetta, a Legion of the Scholar and a Steel Cross for his hard work in constructing the ‘operations’ system for Arconan use internally and externally, promoting participation and diplomacy. This list of accreditations goes to show that, even in a position of leadership, Zandro pushes himself out of his comfort zone to not only represent Arcona, but lead it by exemplary action. This list; however, doesn’t at all breach the astounding work our Consul has put into developing Arcona as a friendly community, as an emphatically active unit, as a unified group and as a part of the much larger Dark Jedi Brotherhood.

Zandro has headed innumerable projects to really change the emphasis in Arcona from an insular house to an embracing clan. He initially achieved this through the Operation System as previously mentioned, wherein Zandro headed and subsequently led the first operation – Haystack – in order to promote activity outside of the general competition framework, expanding above and beyond expectations to provide other houses with an insight to join to not only produce activity from within Arcona, but in other houses. This also created some lasting relationships and empowered a diplomatic stance with many of the previously shunned houses.

One of his first acts as Quaestor of House Arcona was Operation: Plain Sight; an inter-house competition organised by himself and Ronovi of Tarentum. Ties between Tarentum and Arcona are strong; however, Zandro solely authored and edited the Arconan half of the story arc before heading the competitions which ultimately saw Arcona take the crown. Zandro’s exemplary leadership and his dedication to the cause were unfaltering and he was a significant player in Arcona’s eventual success.

Zandro also headed the entire Military reform undertaken by myself, acting as a guide and a mentor in understanding, developing and subsequently changing the way in which Arconans could perceive their house’s history. He spent countless hours reading and re-reading articles, editing and reworking the military system to ultimately suit Arcona’s rich history with only constructive criticism and kind words to say about all of the authors. This took a significant amount of time and effort and Zandro ultimately implemented the changes which saw another layer of fictional and practical development being implemented within Arcona. Perhaps most significantly though, Zandro was the lead emphasis on creating a succinct and to the point proposal for the re-clanning of Arcona. He took the initiative and began spewing out countless documents which were invaluable to the overall success of the proposal. He spent sleepless nights compiling and restructuring, as well as authoring, the proposal in order to provide the Dark Council with a rich and vibrant reading experience. He was not only a significant cog in the metaphorical machinations of the Arconan leadership during this time, he was the Arconan leadership, fundamentally holding together the strong summit he had created in order to achieve the goal.

Zandro, in this circumstance was wholly instrumental in rewiring Arcona for reclanning, not only through the construction and subsequent acceptance of the two reclanning proposal documents, but through his ability to rally up support and develop Arcona into an active and vibrant Clan from the ashes of a lethargic and underwhelming house.

He has been the key player in making sure Arcona strives for better and he is unrelenting in his efforts to empower and enrich the Dark Brotherhood through new and tasteful concepts and projects that have pioneered Arcona and have already started to spill into other areas of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood community. It is through his dedication, his success as a leader, his consistent activity and his indomitable will that he undoubtedly deserves the title of Sith Warlord, for who better to inhabit such a role than an embodiment of all that is right within this club. OP Wuntila Zratian Entar, Proconsul of Clan Arcona.

There are few people that easily impress me, but I can count Zandro among the few who do. When I first joined Arcona, he made it a point to talk to me, showing his skill at getting to know the people joining his House. He knows that a House is nothing without its members, and I think Zandro's approach is something many leaders should take notes on. Very few people could say that they steered a House through the troubled waters of reclanning, but Zandro didn't let that stop him, and now he's the Consul due to his own hard work and his ability to inspire others to put forward just as much effort for the betterment of Arcona. His constant drive for member retention and constant activity are a godsend to not only our Clan, but the DB as a whole, and I hope others follow his lead in the future. Dralin Fortea Aedile of House Qel-Droma

While Zandro has many great qualities as a leader, I believe that distinguishes him, beyond the many leaders the Brotherhood has had, is something worth more than his skills at planning, activity and command. Zandro has, from the very beginning of his tenure, managed to avoid the pitfall that is the urge to take command in the over-dominant way from the moment of ascension. Zandro, by contrast, has managed to truly help delegate, using his calm and steely presence at Arcona’s top to fill everyone else with the reassurance that he would let us do what we needed while he kept his eye on the prize – Reclanning. A prize that, now that it is achieved, deserves its accolades for those to the top who have made it happen. It was Zandro, first and foremost, who developed the vision and who, through his incredible good cheer and calmness. When we got our set of questions, it was Chris who divided tasks and took charge, ensuring that we created a brilliant document within a 3 day timeframe. When we got a response to that document, it was again Zandro who calmed us down enough to put us back to work again. For his leadership style – calm and collected, willing to give people their own opportunities, yet immediate to take charge where and when it was necessary – Zandro deserves his promotion. -Timeros Caesus Entar Arconae, Clan Rollmaster Arcona.

Chris is more than just a great leader. He’s an awesome one. His temperament combined with experience allows him to be approachable, knowledgeable, and efficient at resolving conflicts and helping out anyone who needs him. It’s been my privilege to work for him as a Battleteam Leader and now as a Quaestor. He is the prime example of what a leader can strive to be in the Brotherhood, and has done an amazing job helping us lead the charge in our missions to regain our clan status. I think that his promotion is well deserved. This is my first time being a summit member, and Chris has done nothing but make sure that I settled into my new position, offering to help me in anyway possible. He has always been there for me to answer questions or help me with anything on the administrative end. Always easy to talk to and learn from, his mere presence in Arcona makes everyone else better in their roles. Congratulations, Zandro. Marick Del’Abbot Quaestor of House Qel-Droma

From the day that I re-joined Arcona, CC, officially known as Zandro, has made me feel as much part of Arcona as any of the Arconae. I feel that I can go to him with anything and be given a fair hearing, which I have done on numerous occasions and not once been ignored or knocked back. Additionally, a few days after I re-joined I had a spat with another member, and when I emailed him he dealt with it in a totally fair and unbiased way, despite the member in question being a close friend of his. Neutrality like that is exemplary.

CC was also instrumental, as Quaestor, in establishing Arcona as one of the first two units to be re-clanned. His devotion to this, along with that of the rest of the Arconan summit, was second to none and I can say without a moment’s hesistation that I have not been this happy in the DJB for a long time. Zandro and his carefully picked team have made my wish to stay in the wonderful family that is Arcona for the foreseeable future.

It is members like CC that have made me remain active in the DJB, and I am fully behind this promotion request and I wish him all the best as he continues his journey towards the Elders. Andrelious J. Inahj. BTL of Sukhur’s Legion

I am not a modest person. In fact, I’m arrogance incarnate. So, it should come as no surprise that for me to admit that someone’s done a better job with Arcona than me is more painful than performing emergency dental surgery on myself using only a length of string and a door. The sad fact is this: Chris is an excellent, excellent leader. He has my gravitas and a gentler touch with people that doesn’t alienate or make enemies. In fact, I can count the number of people who dislike him in the DB on one hand. This is not normal for an Arconan. We pride ourselves on being obstinate, objectionable, xenophobic and cynical in the extreme. Chris breaks the trend and still manages to demand loyalty from his bunch of sociopaths that borders on religious. What’s more, he’s brought more into the fold. Since taking over, Arcona has enjoyed unprecented growth and member retention, he’s constructed the best Summit I’ve ever seen, and most importantly of all, he got Arcona re-clanned. There is a reason Arcona is so strong right now, and it certainly isn’t me. It’s Chris. Nice work, bro. Keep it up. - Sashar Arconae.

It was very difficult to step down from QuaCon, but knowing Zandro, and knowing his capabilities made it a lot easier.

And look at us now, Zandro has done something about which I am not sure many others could have. Yes, of course it was the effort of the entire house that made us able to regain Clan status, but I am not sure if we could have done it without the stellar leadership of Zandro, which he continues ever so greatly after regaining Clan status. It was through that leadership that Clan Arcona has become as united as we are now. Arcona once again is this great place, vibrant and full of activity. I am sure I speak for all of us when I say this too is a result of all Zandro’s amazing work for this Clan.

Zandro, you´re exactly what this Clan needed to get back on track, and you´ve made that happen with amazing skill. You´ve did everything to deserve this promotion, Congratulations. Celahir Erinos, Quaestor of House Galeres
