Since Atra's last promotion he has begun working on his Wiki page, passe his ACC basics and created a CS. He has also participated in 3 competitions and earn 7 CFs. Therefore it is my wisdom that Atra has completed all his promotion requirements and should be granted the rank of Protector. Congrats!
