1. He has completed more than 5 Shadow Academy courses, beyond what was used for his previous promotion (including, but not limited to: Dark Brotherhood History I and II, Sith Core, Starfighter studies, and Tarentum history)

2. He has begun work on his character's wiki

3. He has participated in at least three competitions, including Tarentum History Month Trivia, Sithmas Caroling, Tarentum History Month Monster Creation, and Tarentum History Month character wiki development.

4. He has earned 17 Clusters of Fire

Egregious has a bright future ahead of him and he has most definitely earned this promotion, another step in his progression.
