Due to military deployment status, transfer to the Rogues was a must. Now that things have settled down and internet connectivity is readily available, I am requesting to be place in HDS of CSP. I understand that this breaches said 'rule' of a 2 month wait, but I feel deployment status would have something to do with letting this slide. Thank you.
