<p>Since recently joining Arcona, Protector Nix Graves has been a great presence to have on the team. He has jumped in head first, participating in competitions and being a regular on IRC. After talking with Nix and looking over his record, I have seen that he has qualified for a promotion to Guardian.</p>

<p>Nix has been a Protector for the required amount of time, and has just successfully completed his Order Core exam. Nix has also competed in five competitions, winning crescents in four of them. Writing some fiction, completing his ACC Basics course and CS, writing his Wiki article, and running a competition round out all the requirements that he has completed.</p>

Nix is a welcome new member to the team, and one that I have high hopes for. I am happy to request his promotion to Guardian, and look forward to the opportunity of writing him more promotion requests in the future.

Nichos Rhade has completed the requirements for promotion to Jedi Hunter. Despite having a prohibitive schedule in real life, Nichos manages to maintain good communication with his House Summit and to make good forward progress on his march towards Dark Jedi Knight. He has visited us on IRC and on the forums, participated in many competitions ranging from trivia and fiction during GJW9 to Gladius trivia, Potent Ink, and several others. He completed the Leadership Fundamentals SA course. He has earned a number of crescents as well as a Silver Nova during the GJW. He was also awarded a Steel Cross for showing an incredible amount of participation during the GJW. Finally, he has organized and run a competition entitled Dark Origins with his House Summit's assistance. It is my belief that he is now ready to be elevated to the rank of Jedi Hunter.

Under the tutelage of Vai Azexel, Severon has found the direction he needed. He has focused on what is important: doing work that benefits the House, the Clan, and the Brotherhood. He has completed all the standard requirements for promotion to Dark Jedi Knight by earning an Anteian Cross and many crescents. He has participated in at least 15 competitions, most recently including Haiku of Turkeys, Analyze This, All in the Words, (Blank) is to (Blank), and Comic Relief. He completed the Leadership Studies and General Leadership SA Courses. He has run several competitions for House Gladius, including six weeks of Gladius Trivia and Warrior Spirit. He earned his Dark Maven: General History in early November and has been working on his Wiki article, which has turned out quite well. In addition to these basic requirements, he has assisted me in keeping the House Gladius activity records updated. He has consistently sent out reports to the House in his capacity as Rollmaster, including both summaries of everyone's activity as well as a listing of currently active competitions. He also emails incoming Apprentices to welcome them to the House and get them oriented. It is my belief that Severon Vercingetorix exemplifies the qualities Clan Tarentum seeks in its Knights, and it is my honor and privilege to request that he be elevated to the highest of the Journeyman ranks.

I first met Severon when he was a member of Arcano Signum, a Gladian battle team that I was in charge of. My first impression of Severon was that he was very eager to prove himself, but apart from that, I didn't get much else from that experience. Then came the ninth Great Jedi War, when Severon audaciously jumped into a run-on in order to learn more about the process. In many ways, Severon is still learning, but in other ways, he knows a lot more than others.

As Rollmaster of Gladius, Severon is an energetic, dedicated leader, and the more he dedicates himself to his house, the more it appears to flourish. He is cooperative, amicable, and very willing to learn. I hope that he takes this promotion not as a final step, but as the very first step in his career - after all, Dark Jedi Knight, in a way, is only the beginning of it all.

I am very pleased how Severon has developed as a member within the Brotherhood. From his first day as my apprentice he took the challenges I presented him with and met, often exceeding my expectations. With Knighthood within his grasp, I have come to see him take on great challenges and that better his house, his clan and the Brotherhood as a whole. The Brotherhood takes members who can commit themselves to an ideal and believe that they can make a difference, Severon is one of these people. As the Master of Severon Vercingetorix I fully endorse him stepping forward and being awarded Knighthood.
