Teylas has seen the halls of the MAA before, proving himself to be one of the most knowledgeable and efficient members of any of my magistrates. His return over the last three months has been welcome as he continues to bring a quick turnaround on crescents, clusters, and competitions, as well as valuable insight when discussing larger requests as a team. Teylas helps to bring a unit leader's point of view, not only analyzing whether a request has merit but, if it does not, why and how that can best be conveyed to the requester. He knows the ins and outs of this office and never shies away from providing constructive criticism and ideas toward how to better it. The Master at Arms is a team effort, each cog worthless without the others turning, and Teylas is a nonstop machine of dedication toward his clan, the DB, and my tenure as MAA. Thank you,

Kelly remained an invaluable member of the MAA Staff during her final three months of service, serving as a key member of our small team to ensure a quick turnaround on requests and strong point of view when discussing and debating large promotions and sacramentals. The smooth and efficient processing of clusters, crescents, competitions, and more requires attention and dedication from my Magistrates and Kelly always met those expectations. Kelly represents a younger member who I hope gained important knowledge during her time working with me. The pleasure was great on my end and I hope she takes this experience with her moving forward.
